PROBLEM

Datatruck is a powerful AI-native TMS for logistics companies. However, the previous website did not clearly convey this product in terms of design and usability. There was a core UI design problem.

 

On the first screen, it was not clear what Datatruck does, who it is for, and what its main benefit is. The headline, description, and buttons were mixed together; there was a lot of text, but the key message was not highlighted. As a result, users could not immediately answer the question: “What does this site do for me?”

 

The user flow — how a user moves through the site — was also unclear. Whether the visitor was a broker, a hybrid player, or the owner of a logistics company, it was difficult to find a path tailored to their needs. Because the menu and sections were not built in a clear sequence, users did not understand which page to start with, where to go next, and what final action to take (book a demo, start a free trial, etc.).

 

Therefore, despite having the potential to be a strong website, the old site could not quickly communicate Datatruck’s purpose, failed to build trust, and did not lead users toward a clear action. A new design with an updated user flow and modern UI was needed to solve exactly this problem.

SOLUTION

We developed a unified, segmented, and easy-to-understand website concept for Datatruck. The goal was to make the experience intuitive from the very first seconds and reveal the product’s value step by step.

On the first screen, Datatruck is presented as “AI-native TMS for Freight For Smarter Financial Automation.” Below, a short subtext clearly explains how the product helps automate operations, reduce workload for the team, and enable faster, data-driven decision-making.

The primary CTA — “Get Started for Free” — is visually prominent and clearly stands out from the background.

We built clear top-level navigation and separated the “Solutions” menu into a dedicated, modern block. It highlights five core segments:

 

 

Carriers, Brokers, Hybrids, Enterprise Fleets, Private Fleets

 

 

Each segment leads to its own page, allowing users to quickly answer two key questions: “What type of company are we?” and “Which modules do we need?”

In the features section, we structured the content as vertical tabs with the following blocks:

 

 

Cloud Analytics, Save Money & Time, Financial Control, Data Visibility, Replace Spreadsheets, Fleet & Safety Management

 

 

This structure allows users to quickly scan Datatruck’s capabilities and focus only on what matters most to them.

In a dedicated section titled “Automate Repetitive Tasks,” the AI capabilities are highlighted as a hero block:

 

TruckGPT – extracts information from documents and tariffs

AI Agents – automate communication and updates with brokers

AI Assistants – help automate reporting and internal processes

The visual style is minimalistic: a white background, blue accents, and clean typography. This helps present even complex functionality in a light, modern, and distraction-free way for the user.

RESULT

The new Datatruck website has achieved high results not only in design, but also in usability, SEO optimization, conversion, and performance.

Visitors can now immediately understand what Datatruck is and who it is made for from the very first screen.

The chances of users getting lost or ending up on unnecessary pages have decreased — navigation has become logical and intuitive.

The main CTA – “Get Started for Free” – has been made consistent and noticeable across the entire site, which shortened the path to “Book a demo” and consultation requests.

Segmented pages clearly present information and value points for each audience, helping users make decisions faster.

Because the forms and user flow have been simplified, drop-offs in the conversion funnel have decreased.

SEO optimization has been rebuilt with improved semantic structure, updated titles, and meta descriptions.

The site has been divided into sections such as “Solutions,” “Product,” “Resources,” and “Pricing,” making page content clearer for users.

Images and graphics have been optimized, heavy elements reduced, and lazy load applied where needed. Page load times have significantly decreased, reducing bounce rates and encouraging users to view more content.

Thanks to a lighter UI and overall optimization, the site’s performance indicators (Core Web Vitals) have improved.

Overall, Datatruck has transformed from an outdated, confusing landing page into a modern, segmented, UX-, SEO-, conversion-, and performance-oriented operational website.
