PROBLEM
BalancePro is a service in the UAE that offers company registration, bank accounts, visas, tax, and legal services all in one place. However, the old website and design made it difficult for regular users to understand these complex services.
From a design and UX perspective, there were issues: answers to questions were scattered, and there was no clear “site map” from the first screen. There were numbers, partners, and reviews, but they were not connected within a single system chain. There was also no separate UX pathway for partners, agents, and consultants – they used the same pages as regular customers.
Our goal was to translate these complex services into an understandable language for everyone, create a user journey that is cohesive through design and UI components, and ultimately increase the number of consultation requests coming through the website.
SOLUTION
We redesigned the website based on an information flow: hero → "Why UAE?" → services → "Why Choose Us" → statistics and partners → process timeline → reviews → blog → contact form. This way, users do not read the page but navigate through the site structure.
We established a unified design language in the UI: pill-tags, light blue accent words in large headers, card-based blocks (services, statistics, reviews, blog, partners), clean grid, and negative space. The color palette (dark blue + white + light blue) and minimal icons make BalancePro look trustworthy, corporate, and modern.
From a UX perspective, we revamped the site. A 5-step timeline (Consultation → Setup) simplifies the complex process into a clear visual journey. Numbers, partner logos, and real reviews are grouped in the same blocks to enhance trust.
The Contact section features a map and a dark blue background form, prompting users to take immediate action. For partners, we created a separate landing page that clearly shows their roles and benefits through headings, cards, and benefit blocks.
RESULT
The new website quickly answers the three key questions users have when starting a business in the UAE: Why the UAE, What services are available, What is the process, and How to get started. Thanks to the information architecture and card-based UI, the page is easy to scan, users can navigate without getting lost, and they logically reach the CTA.
The combination of numbers, partners, reviews, blog, and map builds a strong trust foundation. The unified design system (colors, typography, components) provides BalancePro with a stable digital identity and a ready design base for adding future pages. As a result, the website evolved from a simple business card to a modern business site that drives conversions, all while being guided by design and UX principles.
